Shant Kazarian has a strong background in IT management and support. SHANT started their career in 2009 as an Information Technology Manager at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an IT Cluster Manager, and they held that position until 2019. During their time at Hyatt, they managed the IT operations for multiple hotels. In 2019, they joined AB as a Sharepoint Developer, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Shant is employed at Triada Networks as a Network Operations & Overnight Support Team Leader, a position they have held since 2020.

Shant Kazarian completed their high school education from Thornlea Secondary School from 1999 to 2002, earning a High School Diploma. SHANT later attended the University of Toronto Schools, although no specific time frame or degree program is mentioned.
