Craig Knoell, P.E. is an experienced professional in electrical transmission project management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, as a Transmission Project Manager at Tri-State G&T since August 2013, Craig Knoell oversees the management of capital projects related to transmission lines, substations, and telecommunication facilities. Prior to this role, Craig Knoell served at the Western Area Power Administration from August 1986 to August 2013, where responsibilities included managing a $3.25 billion funding program for high-voltage electrical transmission systems and serving as a Program/Project Manager in Power Marketing. Craig Knoell holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Project and Construction Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
