Natalie Sandy-Ra El is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in care management, leadership, and support services for individuals with special needs. Currently serving as a Care Manager at Tri-County Care CCO since April 2024, Natalie also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Pageant Life Certified, a brand specializing in pageant apparel and lifestyle. As a dedicated Board Member of the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals since 2015, Natalie actively contributes to the nomination committee and, since 2014, has worked as Chief Visionary Officer at Infinite Possibilities Empowerment Center, training agencies on socialization through recreation. In addition, Natalie has directed the New York Angels Pageant since 2013, promoting inclusivity for individuals with special needs. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Specialist and Program Coordinator at EIHAB Human Services, Inc., and various positions at YAI and Community Mainstreaming Associates. Natalie holds a BA in Social Science with a concentration in Psychology from Adelphi University.
