Hạnh Nguyễn has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Hạnh recently joined TRG International in May 2022 as a Project Administrator. Prior to that, they worked as a Categorization Intern at iprice group from October 2021 to March 2022. Hạnh also served as a Vietnamese Transcription Project Team Coordinator at TransPerfect from July 2021 to January 2022. Before their roles in the tech industry, Hạnh gained experience as a Class Operator Intern at One On One English from September 2019 to April 2020 and as an English Translator at Matbao BPO from December 2019 to January 2020.

Hạnh Nguyễn obtained their High School Diploma in Mathematics in 2018 from Le Hong Phong High School For The Gifted, HCMC, Vietnam. Hạnh then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from International University - VNU HCMC from 2018 to 2022. In December 2021, they obtained the TOEIC 910 certification from ETS.
