Steve Green, CMgr MCMI, currently serves as the Plant Manager at Treves UK Ltd, overseeing operations for Tier 1 Automotive Interior components with a focus on supplying Nissan, BMW, JLR, and Toyota. Previous experience includes roles as Plant Manager at Lear Corporation, managing high-volume chemical manufacturing for automotive seating; Plant Director at Plastic Omnium, leading a facility with 500 employees; Site Manager at Toyoda Gosei UK; and Plant Manager at IAC Group. Steve has a strong background in continuous improvement, having held various Master Blackbelt positions and facilitated operational excellence across multiple European plants while contributing to significant financial savings.
