Alan Bondi has held a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2011. Alan began their career as an F&B Assistant at Landgoed Duin en Kruidberg in 2011, before moving to Hilton Amsterdam in 2012 as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2014, they returned to Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg as an F&B Supervisor. In 2015, they took on multiple roles, including Owner and Founder of A Casa Di Zia, Account Manager MICE at Room Mate Hotels, and Recruitment Consultant at Amoria Bond. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Quandoo as a Senior Partner Manager Netherlands, Partner Manager Netherlands, and Regional Sales Manager. In 2021, they joined Trengo - Smart Customer Engagement Platform as a Customer Success Manager and Account Executive. Alan is currently a Member at Pavilion since 2022.
Alan Bondi's education history includes a Bachelor Business & Administration from Hotel Management School Maastricht, where they studied Hospitality Management, English, French, and Spanish from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Vellesan College from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Havo. Alan also attended Convitto Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele II. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Pavilion in Copywriting and Sequencing, Sell Like a Spy, The Art of Listening, and will obtain a CSM School certification in December 2022.
