Prior to this, Katie was Senior Account Director at Faktory from September 2021 to July 2024, also leading the CommonSpirit Health account. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success at Wordbank US, managing high-profile clients such as Herman Miller and Maserati, and Account Director at DDB, overseeing a $3.5 million campaign for Energy Upgrade California. Katie's experience spans several prestigious advertising and marketing agencies, with notable achievements in strategic and creative campaign management, team leadership, and fostering client relationships, culminating in a solid background in both account supervision and marketing coordination. Katie holds a BS in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
