Allen Shen currently serves as the Sr. Director of Business Operation at VicOne, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Allen Shen accumulated extensive experience at Trend Micro, where the career progressed through various positions including Global IS Planning and Operation Management, Sr. Director of IT, Director of IT, Sr. Manager of IT, and Manager of IT, starting in January 2003. Allen Shen holds a Master’s degree in Management Information System from National Chengchi University, earned between 1997 and 1998.
