Crystal Qiao is a Senior Professional Electrical Design Engineer at Trench Group, with experience spanning over 17 years in the electrical engineering field. Since July 2006, Crystal has focused on designing and developing current and voltage transformers, providing SAP implementation and support, and offering production and marketing assistance. Previous roles include Electrical Designer positions at General Switchgear & Control and Richard Sumner Technology Inc., where responsibilities included creating schematic diagrams and developing design programs for transformer technology. Crystal's career commenced in 1987 at TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group Co., Ltd., where instrument transformers were designed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
