Reid Buchanan is an experienced attorney currently working at Trenam Law since February 2021. Previously, Reid served as an associate at Malik Law Group from August 2016 to February 2021. Reid's legal education includes a Juris Doctor with Honors from Emory University School of Law, where involvement included being the Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and serving as President of the Emory Banking and Financial Institutions Law Practice Society. Additionally, Reid gained practical experience as an Honors Legal Intern at the SEC - Division of Investment Management in 2015. Earlier education includes a Bachelor of Arts in US History from the University at Albany, completed in 2012. Reid specializes in Investment Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Securities/Corporate Law.
