Karyn MacDougall currently serves as the Area Vice President of Customer Success at Trellix, holding the position since April 2023. Prior to this role, Karyn worked at Rapid7 from May 2018 to April 2023, where Karyn progressed from Senior Manager to Senior Director in Customer Success for Enterprise accounts. Experience includes leadership roles at Zeta Global, Acquia, e-Dialog, GlobalPost, NECN, and the Boston Bruins, across areas such as client services, account management, and digital media sales. Karyn MacDougall earned a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Economics from Tufts University, completing studies in 2003.
