Carson Hess is currently serving as a Revenue Operations Analyst Intern at SBI, The Growth Advisory since June 2023. Previously, Carson operated as a private tutor from September 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, collections, and developing custom learning plans for over 10 students in Chemistry and Algebra. Carson's experience in the service industry includes roles as a dining room server at J. Alexander's Restaurants and Taqueria Los Hermanos, focusing on superior customer service and team collaboration. Additional experience includes working as a head lifeguard at Sweetwater Pools, where certification in CPR and safety management was emphasized. Carson is pursuing a degree at Wake Forest University, expected to graduate in 2024, following an academic background at Marist School, where graduation occurred in May 2020.
