Chris Garvey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in fractional leadership and strategic advisory roles across various sectors, including consulting, managed services, and B2B SaaS. Currently serving as a Member and Location Leader for Fractionals United in Washington State, and as a Fractional CxO and Strategic Advisor at Frontier Focused Advisory, Chris collaborates with C-Level leaders in diverse business environments. Previously, Chris held senior positions including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at 2nd Watch, where responsibilities included P&L management, market analysis, and service development. A background in data analytics, operational improvements, and client-facing services was further established through roles at Luxoft, Expedia, eBay Enterprise, and HP. Chris holds an Executive Education degree from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University.
