Michael Lalor serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Trellis Supportive Care, with a transition to Chief Executive Officer planned for 2025. Lalor also fulfills Chief Medical Officer duties, providing leadership in patient care program oversight and fostering performance improvement. Previous roles include Co-Director of the Supportive Care Program at Wake Forest Baptist Health, Medical Director at Compassionate Care Hospice, Lead Physician at Northwest Medical Germantown Family Medicine, and Medical Director at KeystoneCare Home Care and Hospice. Lalor holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from West Texas A&M University, an MD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a BS in Biology from the University at Albany.
