Jeffrey Kaestner is a seasoned civil engineer and project manager with a robust background in water and environmental engineering. Currently serving as the Regional Manager and Office Lead for St. Louis at TREKK Design Group, LLC since December 2014, Jeffrey focuses on wastewater, water, and stormwater consulting projects, emphasizing condition assessment, asset management, design, and permit compliance while developing innovative tools to enhance client services. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at RJN Group, where responsibilities included establishing a branch office in Cincinnati and serving the Metropolitan Sewer District, as well as managing corrective action projects at Delta Environmental Consultants, where Jeffrey specialized in petroleum hydrocarbon remediation. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey contributed as a civil engineer at Burns & McDonnell and John Mathes & Associates. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, obtained in 1997.
