Rhiannon Lucente is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and manufacturing within the powersports and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Product Quality Engineer at Trek Bicycle since July 2017, Rhiannon focuses on enhancing global quality and supporting various manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes roles at Calibre, Inc. as a Manufacturing Paint Tech, where Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving techniques were emphasized, and as Racer/Operations Manager at Jamie James Productions Inc., overseeing race shop operations and engine modifications. Rhiannon's career in motorcycle racing includes serving as a Motorcycle Road Racer and Team Manager for Team West/OneFastGirl, achieving top finishes across multiple competitive circuits. Additionally, Rhiannon served as a KC135 Journeyman Mechanic in the 128th Air National Guard, providing maintenance for military aircraft and participating in significant operations. Early in the career, Rhiannon honed painting skills as a Master Painter at Waterford Precision Cycles. An education in Aerospace Maintenance was obtained at Sheppard Air Force Base.
