Arshad Ali is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in JDE engineering and software development. Currently serving as an Associate Lead at Trek Bicycle since May 2019, Arshad has been responsible for installation, configuration, upgrade activities, and user/security maintenance as a JDE Engineer. Prior to this role, Arshad worked at Sicap - Group from March 2016 to May 2019 as a System Operations Engineer, gaining valuable experiences and building professional relationships. Arshad's career began at Tech Mahindra as an Associate Software Engineer from July 2013 to March 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University.
