Jorge Andrés R. is the current head of growth marketing at Treinta. Jorge has held this position for 7 months. For both branding and acquisition, and post-acquisition (churn) - Responsible for improving conversion ratios across the company's online ecosystem - Measure and manage online content (social media and website) - Implement and monitor measurement and marketing automation tools - Develop and deploy inbound marketing strategies - Responsible for sales through digital channels - Responsible for post-acquisition indicators (early use, average ticket, cross selling) - Work full funnel strategies articulated with telemarketing teams to improve lead to sales conversion ratios - Research competition and benchmarks detailing improvement opportunities - Support in developing and supervising the implementation of local marketing strategies and plans to reach vital customer segments. - Generate insights to Product Management to define, maintain, and validate alternatives and configurations of suitable products. - Management of change in collaborators' team, structures, strategies, and digitalization of the organization.
Jorge Andrés R. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Colorado Denver, and is currently working towards a Marketing y Gestión Comercial degree from Escuela de Postgrado de la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. Jorge also has a Master en Growth Marketing & Automation from IEBS Business School.
