Peter Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management, real estate operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. As the Managing Agent at Treetop Development since February 2012, Peter Garcia oversees all aspects of property management for multi-family real estate holdings across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, leading a team of three property managers and 28 support staff. Prior experience includes co-founding and managing JMP Properties, LLC, where Peter Garcia facilitated the acquisition and sale of over 50 multifamily buildings, and served as Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, overseeing marketing for bar soap and household cleaning products. Additionally, Peter Garcia co-founded and served as CEO of Illinois Public Auto Auction, achieving significant returns for investors, and played a pivotal role in establishing Garcia, Sulton Advertising, an innovative agency that catered to the banking and retail sectors. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.
