Glenn Houston is an accomplished engineering leader with over 40 years of experience in the food and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at TreeHouse Foods since February 2016, Glenn oversees technical support and capital plan execution for multiple plants, executing a significant capital plan that delivers substantial savings. Prior to this role, Glenn held various leadership positions at ConAgra Foods for nearly three decades, including Director of Engineering, where major capital initiatives resulted in impressive returns on investment. Glenn's career began at Mead Johnson and Company and spanned roles at Chesebrough-Ponds, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Alcan Foil Products, culminating in extensive expertise in project management, operations, and engineering management. Glenn holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Evansville.
