Nathan Hillman is an experienced manager in the outdoor retail industry, currently serving as the Mountain Outfitters Manager at Sundance Mountain Resort since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nathan successfully led a team of six as the General Manager at Out N Back from March 2015 to August 2022, focusing on team development, sales strategy, and performance goals, while also managing a Buying Team of four. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Representative at Weave HQ, where Nathan was responsible for lead qualification and achieving monthly sales targets. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Utah Valley University, earned between 2015 and 2020.
