Victor Ribeiro, MBA, is an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in supply chain management. Currently serving at Tree Island Steel since December 2021, Victor manages supplier relationships, leads contract negotiations, and drives improvements in the procurement department's ERP utilization. Prior to this role, Victor worked as a Procurement Manager and Buyer at Silver Hills, overseeing packaging and ingredient sourcing, and building strategic partnerships. Experience also includes a Buyer position at Universal Supply, where management of a CAD 15 million annual spend was key, as well as a Purchasing Analyst role at Schott Brasil focused on supplier development. Educational achievements include an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Unigranrio.
