Chris Russell has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Chris started their career in 1987 as an Engineer at BT, where they developed a role model of the telecommunications industry and a range of multi-user Java-based applications. In 2002, they joined O2 (Telefónica UK) as Technology Manager, where they supported the O2 developer community and set technical direction. Chris was then promoted to Technology Director, Developer Services, where they identified, prioritized, and delivered a range of product improvements. In 2016, they moved to William Hill as Development Manager, where they led a team of 25 developers in the UK and Poland and delivered several strategic products. In 2017, they joined iDENprotect as Chief Technology Officer, and in 2021, they joined Tred as Technical Lead and Tech Advisor.
Chris Russell obtained a BSc (Hons) in Physics and Computing from the University of Hull between 1984 and 1987. Chris then went on to complete an MBA in Product Development Strategy from the Henley Business School between 1998 and 2001. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera.
