Joel Walton, CPTD, is an experienced instructional designer with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the learning and development sector. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., Joel focuses on advancing surgical management training for bunion deformities. At AutoNation, Joel has led a successful team of designers and implemented innovative training processes impacting over 26,000 employees. Previous roles include instructional design positions at ChenMed, where blended learning curricula were developed, and Burger King Corporation, where workshops and materials were created to enhance franchisee training. Joel has also consulted for multiple organizations on effective learning solutions and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and German from Saint John's University.
