Marc is responsible for implementing risk management initiatives that impact the strategic direction of TRC including the Company¡¯s insurance program and complex project selection and management process. Marc has 30 years of legal, transactional and risk mitigation experience including environmental liability transfer, insurance cost recovery, and alternative delivery project execution structures.
