Taylor Cessna, CIR, has over eight years of experience in operations and talent management, currently serving as Operations Manager at TRC Talent Solutions since September 2015, having also held the roles of Site Manager and Assistant Operations Manager within the company. Prior to this, Taylor worked at Career Connection, Inc. as a Recruiter/Human Resources Assistant from June 2012 to August 2015 and began a career in customer service as a Front Desk Associate at Hampton from June 2011 to June 2012. Taylor graduated from Flowery Branch High School in May 2009 with a High School Diploma.
