Joe Flores currently serves as the Catalyst Division Operations Manager at Tray-Tec, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Joe held various roles at Industrial Performance Services (IPS) from April 2014 to August 2023, including Operations Manager and Field Safety and Rescue Manager. Joe's earlier experience includes positions at Code Red Safety from August 2006 to April 2014, where responsibilities encompassed Director of Technical Operations, Gulf Coast Regional Manager, and Business Line Manager for Rescue Services, in addition to leading recruitment and developing policies for rescue operations. Joe's career began at Total Safety US, Inc. as Operations Manager and Region 1 Purchasing/Inventory Control from 2005 to 2007. Joe holds an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from San Jacinto College and graduated from South Houston High School in 1993.
