David Baggett is an advisor at Traxo and a board member at Boston Microfluidics. David has also served as a trustee and foundation board member at the University of Maryland, College Park since 2008. Prior to their current positions, David was the founder and CEO of Inky Technology Corporation. David has also contributed to trusted versions of the Xenix and Mach operating systems as a developer at Trusted Information Systems.

David Baggett's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science/Linguistics from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
