Carl Sparks serves as a board member for multiple organizations, including Waste Connections, GoodBuy Gear, Plex, Inc., Copart, Music Audience Exchange, and Cint. As a member of the Texas Board of Trustees for The Nature Conservancy, Carl also holds the position of managing partner at Interlock Partners since October 2020. Previously, Carl contributed as a board member at ActionIQ and Lucid, LLC. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
