Rafael Grego is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, supply chain management, and business leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence for the Passenger Division and Business Unit Deputy Managing Director at °Õ°ù²¹³æ¾±Ã³²Ô, Rafael has held key positions at organizations such as Utepmx, North Shore Steel, and Vidalert, where notable achievements include expense reduction and process optimization. Previous roles, including VP of Operations at La Nacional de Monterrey Hardware and Azulemex, focused on enhancing operational efficiencies, implementing ERP solutions, and driving growth. Rafael co-founded Grupo Modeno and laid the groundwork for nationwide business expansion while earning dual MBA degrees from Texas McCombs School of Business and EGADE Business School, alongside a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
