Rolando Vargas is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in application and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Application Developer at Maricopa County Treasurer's Office since September 2019, Rolando has also held the position of Senior Software Developer at Trax Technologies from October 2007 to the present, contributing to a cloud platform that ensures reliable logistic data. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer at La Jolla Gaming from March 2004 to October 2007. Rolando holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, both from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, with the degrees completed from 2005-2007 and 2000-2003, respectively.
