Mona Raad is a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Silverbird, with experience in customer service roles at Framedia and Bidawi Company for Wood Trading. Mona holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Lebanese International University, completed in 2020, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Interior Design earned in 2015.
