Andrew Ignatenko

Senior Full-Stack Developer at Travelsify

Andrew Ignatenko has a wealth of experience in software development and research. Andrew began their career in 2004 as a Researcher at the B.I.Stepanov Institute of Physics, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, where they developed and analyzed models for quantum information using Matlab and Mathematica, and developed software for sunpipes daylight illumination systems using C++. In 2013, they began working as a Researcher and PhD Student at the University of Luxembourg, where they developed, validated and controlled non-linear models, and conducted scientific programming using Matlab/Simulink, Python and Fortran. In 2017, they began working as a Software Engineer at inuTech GmbH, where they developed simulation software based on Diffpack package for an industrial client, with a particular focus on GUI development with C++ Qt and test creation with Google C++ Testing Framework. Andrew also participated in an R&D project in partnership with Ansys Inc. In the same year, they began working as a Freelance, self-employed PHP/Drupal Developer, where they conducted back-end development and custom content creation using Drupal API and PHP, content migration, as well as front-end development with Drupal templates, JS, jQuery. In 2018, they began working as a Software Engineer at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), where they developed a web-application for data visualization and analysis in the scope of npSCOPE project. Currently, they are a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Travelsify.

Andrew Ignatenko obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Engineering from the University of Luxembourg in 2017. Andrew also obtained an MSc (cum laude) and BSc in Engineering from Belarussian State University in 2004. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Coursera in Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap 4 (2020) and Front-End JavaScript Frameworks: Angular (date not specified).
