Gilnei Longo

Scrum Master at TravelPass Group

Gilnei Longo has been working in the software development industry since 1999. In 2002, they began working as a Webdeveloper at StudioWares, where they developed customized internet solutions using Aspx and c#. In 2006, they joined Arca Solutions - Software Development as a Resource and Development Manager, where they worked with a small high-performance team on a few internet products. During this role, they set up a new mobile Framework platform that connected mobile devices with admin websites, managing several types of apps. Gilnei also worked as a Product Manager on a workflow solution called Changerequest.com. In 2013, they began working at TravelPass Group as a Scrum Master, where they coordinated multiple project teams between USA, Brazil, and India. Finally, in 2019, they joined Up Outsourcing as Chief Culture Officer / Team Builder.

Gilnei Longo has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a BS in Information Systems from FG&P. From 2002 to 2006, they obtained a BS in System Information from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP. In 2007 to 2009, they obtained an MBA in PMBOK Project Management Best Practices from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2019, they obtained a Specialization in Innovation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an ICP-ACC in Agile from the International Consortium for Agile. Gilnei is currently enrolled in Remote-how, Inc. for a Remote Human Resources degree in Human Resources Management and Services, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
