Joe Widjojo is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in managing tax affairs across various Asia-Pacific countries. Currently serving as VP, Group Tax and Group Head of Tax at Traveloka since November 2018, Joe has previously held key positions as Head of Tax and Tax Manager for a company in Singapore, overseeing direct, indirect, and transfer pricing for multiple jurisdictions including Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan from November 2013 to October 2018. Joe’s diverse background includes roles as Regional Tax Manager at PMC-Sierra, Taxation Manager at M+W Singapore Pte Ltd, and Tax Manager at Gemalto, with foundational experience as Tax Specialist at IHG, Tax Supervisor at Deloitte Singapore, and Senior at PWC. Joe is well-trained, with qualifications including a Certificate in Advanced Tax Programme from Singapore Tax Academy, and an ACCA degree in Accounting.
