Krystal West has extensive experience in various roles spanning operations management, customer service, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Market Partner at Monat Global and a Wine Guide at Traveling Vineyard since January 2019, Krystal also owns West Wisteria, a rental boutique for event decorations, established in July 2016. Prior to these roles, Krystal was the Operations and Personnel Manager at Lanracorp, inc., where responsibilities included employee scheduling, payroll management, and safety training from November 2012 to December 2018. Earlier career highlights include serving as Assistant General Manager at Archiver’s Photo Memory Store, where Krystal contributed to the store receiving the Store of the Year award in 2010, and roles at YMCA and Ross Medical Education Center focusing on fitness coaching and career development. Krystal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Education & Kinesiology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earned in 2006.
