Jovanne Claro currently serves as the Director of Wireless Programs at TravelCenters of America, overseeing the Verizon dealer program across TA Travel Centers and Petro sites since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jovanne spent nearly nine years at T-Mobile, advancing through various positions including Dealer Development Manager, Metro Development Manager, and Senior Account Service Representative, all of which focused on enhancing customer experiences and operational excellence. Jovanne’s earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Cricket Wireless and as a Retail Sales Leader at Sprint Nextel Inc., demonstrating a strong track record in management, strategic planning, and sales performance. Jovanne earned a degree from Northeastern Illinois University between 2011 and 2014.
