Victoria Helland is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and network management. Currently serving as a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer at ESPN since February 2019 and as Network Manager at Travel Insured International since May 2015, Victoria specializes in managing IT systems and infrastructure while ensuring security and PCI compliance. Previous roles include Sr. Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, where responsibilities encompassed managing Active Directory domains and troubleshooting infrastructure issues, as well as network management positions at Hamden Hall Country Day School and the Town of Wallingford. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University and multiple Microsoft certifications, further complementing a robust technical background.
