Head Of Customer Experience at Travanleo

Sabu L has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Sabu started their career in 1998 as a Customer Support Executive at Mnemo Systems, where they provided desktop support and maintenance for LANs and attended to server and workstation breakdown calls. In 2001, they joined Wipro Infotech as a Network Operations Associate before moving to the role of Senior Customer Support Engineer. In these positions, Sabu provided technical support and service to corporate clients, including server and desktop maintenance, network installation and configuration, and troubleshooting.

In 2004, Sabu joined Accenture as an IT Account Manager, where they were responsible for stakeholder requirement analyses, technology delivery and migration alignment, and regular technology reviews with project stakeholders and sponsors. After working at Accenture for 11 years, Sabu joined Cezta Solutions, LLC in 2019 as the Director of Strategic Partner Initiatives. In this role, they played a strategic role in forming partnerships and leading initiatives.

Finally, in 2022, Sabu joined Travanleo Info Solutions India Pvt Ltd as the Head of Customer Experience. Sabu also holds the position of Co-Founder and Director, where they lead operations and finance. Sabu has a strong customer and business orientation and is experienced in IT management and infrastructure engineering.

Sabu L completed a Diploma in Engineering in Electronics from Central Polytechnic College from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Pre-Degree in Science and Maths from the University of Kerala from 1992 to 1994. Sabu L also holds a certification in ITIL from ITIL Certified, obtained in 2010.
