Kaseem Mitchell has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013. Kaseem worked as a Studio Production Assistant for The Bill Cunningham Show in August 2013. From there, they joined SUNY College at Old Westbury in January 2012, where they held various roles such as Office of the Registrar and Residential Assistant until December 2013. During this time, they also interned as an Old Westbury Web Radio Intern. In 2015, Kaseem joined The Bill Cunningham Show again as an Office/Travel Production Assistant. Kaseem also worked as an Administrative Assistant for Assured Guaranty, a Front Desk Receptionist for MediaCom, and as a Human Resources Assistant for Kaplan, all in 2015. From February to March 2015, they served as an Audience Coordinator for America's Got Talent. In the same year, they were an NBA Ambassador for the National Basketball Association All Star Game. Kaseem also worked as an Audience Coordinator for Maury from July 2015 to March 2019. Currently, they are a Front Office Coordinator for Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP, starting in October 2019.

Kaseem Mitchell attended the State University of New York at Old Westbury from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
