Yana Akhramovich has been working in customer support since 2015. Yana started their career at Alfa-Bank (Belarus) as a Customer Support Specialist, providing consultation to new and current customers via calls, online chat, and social networks, as well as working on the bank's image in social networks and solving non-standard situations in favor of customers. In 2020, they moved to Artox Media Digital Group | AMDG as an Account Manager (SEO), interacting with customers, setting up and maintaining projects, and protecting and presenting concepts/strategies/reports. Currently, Yana is a Support Team Lead at TRASTRA, running a team of Customer Support agents, managing individual performance, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new agents, participating in customer communication, collaborating with other teams, and administering Zendesk to maintain customer support KPIs.
Yana Akhramovich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Belarusian State Economic University between 2011 and 2015.
