Mustapha Tchiche is an experienced sales and business development professional specializing in refractory products and thermal insulation materials. Currently serving as Sales Manager for France and Belgium at Trasteel International SA since June 2021, Mustapha manages the sales of various raw materials, including ferro alloys and graphite electrodes. Previous roles include Field Business Development Manager at Praesidiad Group, where responsibilities included business development in industrial mesh, and Founder and CEO of REFRA-FIRE, focusing on high-temperature industry solutions. Additional experience includes Business Development Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials, Extha SA, and Promat, where Mustapha developed technical support and engineered fire protection solutions. Mustapha holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and an International Certificate in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris.
