Taralynn Carroll, SHRM CP, currently serves as an Associate Human Resources Generalist at Boeing since May 2024. Previous experience includes various roles at Nordstrom from December 2021 to April 2024, providing expertise in payroll processing, employee data audits, and serving as a resource for compensation and benefits inquiries. Taralynn also worked at Trapper's Sushi Co. as a Server/Bartender since June 2019, where skills in customer service and menu knowledge were developed. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Data Processor at Sogeti and an Intramural Sports Official at Washington State University. As Vice President of Risk Management for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Taralynn contributed to revising and implementing risk management policies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington State University and an AA/DTA from Pierce College at Puyallup.
