Leah Capps is an experienced professional with a background in process improvement and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Process Improvement and Optimization at TraPac since November 2020, Leah previously held the position of Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to TraPac, Leah worked at Google as a UX Research Recruiting Coordinator through Infosys BPM from January 2020 to November 2020. Leah also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas State University in late 2019 and as an Operations Analyst at MTG Management Inc. from May 2017 to August 2019. Leah holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, both from Texas State University.
