Frédéric Mayne is an accomplished professional in the energy and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Directeur at VINCI Energies Belgium since April 2010 and as Managing Director at TranzCom and Cegelec Infra Technics s.a., both subsidiaries of VINCI Energies, since July 2015 and January 2014, respectively. Mayne has also held roles as Administrateur at IZEN from September 2019 to October 2022 and as Administrateur Délégué at Cegelec Telecom s.a. in 2013. Previously, Mayne worked as Directeur at VINCI Energies Belgium (Cegelec & Graniou) and held positions at Cegelec from July 2007 to December 2010, culminating in a career that began as a Project Manager at Fabricom. Mayne holds a Master's degree in Electronics from Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci'​, Bruxelles, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
