Maya McCants is a Staff Structural Engineer 1 at TranTech Engineering, LLC, since July 2022, bringing practical experience from previous roles, including a Civil Engineering Intern at WSP USA and a Field Engineer Intern at Flatiron Construction. Maya gained foundational engineering skills as a Junior Engineer Intern at Parametrix and developed teamwork and responsibility as a Lifeguard for the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Maya holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2022.
