Tsogtbayar Bayasgalan is an experienced professional in occupational health, safety, and environmental (OHSE) management with a career spanning over two decades. Since March 2012, Tsogtbayar has held various roles at Transwest Mongolia LLC, progressing from Safety Officer to Head of OHSE Department. Previous experience includes serving as Camp Manager at MT Drilling LLC, where daily operations and meetings were managed, and as a Technician at Metro Express LLC, focusing on installation and maintenance of laundry equipment. Tsogtbayar holds a Bachelor’s degree in geology from Mongolian Technical University, completed between 1992 and 1997.
