Shane Dyer is an experienced professional in asset management and performance, currently serving as the Head of Asset Performance at Transurban since January 2024. Prior to this role, Shane held several key positions at Airservices Australia, including Head of Transformation Facilities & Environment and Head of Asset & Capability Lifecycle Management from September 2021 to January 2024. At V/Line, Shane excelled as GM Asset Management & Performance from December 2017 to September 2021, implementing an Enterprise Continuous Improvement Program and transforming the funding cycle. Previous roles include leadership positions at Metro Trains Melbourne, BHP Billiton, and ARTC, where Shane managed extensive asset portfolios and developed strategic investment plans. Shane holds a Master of Engineering in Asset Management from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil & Infrastructure from RMIT University.
