Randi Majors is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development and Social Impact at Transurban since January 2019. In this role, Randi is responsible for translating complex data and strategies into clear communications that align stakeholders with organizational goals. Randi also leads the development of a capability-building framework to support North American growth, focusing on essential competencies for future success. Prior to Transurban, Randi held various positions at The Urban Institute and The Coca-Cola Company, including Organizational Development Lead and Senior Manager of Employee Engagement. Randi's early career includes roles at Sodexo, specializing in communications and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Randi holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Organizational Development from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Miami.
