Nicolas YKMAN has over a decade of experience in the railway signaling industry, currently serving as Director of Operations and Deputy General Manager for Technirail at Transurb, where involvement spans multiple project phases including tendering and startup. Previously, Nicolas held various project management roles at Transurb Technirail, notably managing significant projects including ETCS2 implementations. Additional leadership experience includes co-chairing the Federal Assembly of Les Scouts ASBL and serving on the board. Prior to their current position, Nicolas worked at Alstom Transport as a Tender Technical Engineer and R&D System Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Advanced Studies, accompanied by several certifications in project management. A sabbatical year was spent traveling through South America with family.
